Quando levantar fervura, contar 5 minutos e retirar a posta, colocando numa ta\u00e7a com \u00e1gua fria para arrefecer. Lascar a posta de bacalhau e saltear as lascas numa frigideira com o azeite e o alho esmagado; reservar. A parte, cozer os ovos em \u00e1gua a ferver temperada com um pouco de sal durante 8 minutos, colocando-os numa ta\u00e7a com \u00e1gua fria para arrefecerem e serem posteriormente descascados e cortados em quartos; reservar. Cozer tamb\u00e9m o gr\u00e3o-de-bico em \u00e1gua temperada com sal e um fio de azeite, at\u00e9 estarem tenros; escorrer e passar por \u00e1gua fria para arrefecerem rapidamente. Colocar o gr\u00e3o numa ta\u00e7a funda e acrescentar as lascas de bacalhau (reservar o azeite), os ovos cozidos e os gomos de laranja. Regar com o azeite de alho e um pouco de sumo de laranja e envolver os ingredientes. Preparar a farofa de laranja: cortar o p\u00e3o em peda\u00e7os e coloc\u00e1-los no rob\u00f4 de cozinha. Acrescentar um fio de azeite, a raspa e o sumo de laranja, o piment\u00e3o-doce e temperar com um pouco de sal e pimenta.
