Active principles:

• Caprylyl Glycol - Provides a highly moisturizing effect on the eyelids, smoothing the overall texture of the skin

How to use: Place the eyeliner in the outer corner of the eye at a 90 degree angle. Slide the tip of the pencil along the lash line. Pull the eyelid, stretching it, and place the tip of the eyeliner as close to the lash line as possible. Starting at the inner corner of the eye, use short strokes to draw dots along the eyelid to give it shape. Then just create a line with the stitches for a perfect finish.
