The sale prices indicated on the website are in Euros, with taxes and fees included. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the products selected and their weights.
Note that, for the European Union, prices appear in Euros on the website, but also in the currency of the country of dispatch for information, without, however, having any contractual value.
Pluricosmética declines all responsibility in case of error or inaccuracy in the conversion system used, or any difference that may arise between the estimated total value of the order and the invoice amount in euros.
Pluricosmética reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it tries to apply the rates in force that were indicated on the website at the time the customer places the order.
We inform you that, if the indicated price is incorrect and is manifestly derisory, regardless of its cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if it has already been confirmed and paid.
Pluricosmética respects the deadlines for sending an order as long as there is availability of stock.
In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, Pluricosmética will contact the customer by email or by telephone within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of order, in order to inform the new delivery deadline. of the product. However, if one of the ordered products is unavailable, Pluricosmética undertakes to send the available products and offers the "delivery fee" of the remainder of the order if the missing product is unavailable for an indefinite period.
Pluricosmética asks the customer to choose, in place of the unavailable product, a product with equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the customer, Pluricosmética will refund the full amount of the product.
Products purchased on the Site are delivered to Mainland Portugal and the Islands via CTT, a courier with Express Service or at Lojas Pluricosmética. Pluricosmética does not deliver to PO Boxes. The order will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
The contribution for transport, as it is added to the price of the products purchased, will be calculated automatically by the system. In case of non-receipt of the order within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be carried out with the carrier, which may take a few days. The Customer should contact the Pluricosmética Customer Service and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be verified and confirmed.
The customer will have 24 hours after receiving the order to complain to our Customer Support Service by calling 223 753 749 any anomaly with the same. Pluricosmética is not responsible for any problems arising from transport. Pluricosmética will be obliged to refuse any request for reimbursement or replacement (right of withdrawal) for products that present external defects and that a claim has not been made within 24 hours. The right of withdrawal remains valid for cases of technical problems that are detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided by law.
What to do at the time of delivery:

Products excluded from the right of legal withdrawal:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Pluricosmética will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly (by the same payment method), noting, however, that this period will depend on the technical evaluations that will be carried out on the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counted on arrival at Pluricosmética).
The guarantee does not apply to problems resulting from causes external to the product (for example: accident, shock, lightning, a power outage...), from use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications or from use that is detrimental to good conservation. of product.
To exchange an item, the customer can do so in two ways:

The exchange or return of an article must comply with the following conditions:

For equipment outside the legal warranty period, the repair will always be subject to analysis and budget and will only be carried out after written approval of the proposed budget.
Upon delivery of the equipment for assistance, a shipping fee of €15 (VAT Inc.) will be charged.

Pluricosmética is not responsible for delays or contractual non-compliance due to force majeure, disturbance, total or partial strike, postal services and means of transport or communication, flood, fire or war. Pluricosmética is not responsible for any indirect damage, loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the site.
