Provides up to 8 levels of lightening if mixed with BlondMe Premium 9+ Lightener.

This brightening and toning neutralizes any warm undertones, delivering cool, long-lasting undertones.

It features Anti-Metal Bond Protection technology, which creates a protective layer to strengthen and protect the structural bonds within the hair fiber during the bleaching process, to reduce hair breakage.

How to use: mix the Bleach and Toner with BlondMe Bleach plus BlondMe Premium Activating Lotion. The mixing ratio depends on the existing color. Apply a generous amount to hair and spread evenly through dry, unwashed hair.
