A neutralizing fixing lotion for use with L'oréal Pro Dulcia Advanced Permanent Reducing Liquid. Provides fixation in the perm process, neutralizing without affecting the condition of the hair.

How to use: After the L'oréal Pro Dulcia Advanced Permanent reducing liquid has set, rinse your hair, without removing the rollers, for 5 to 10 minutes.
Dry the hair still on the rollers with a towel and apply the Dulcia Advanced Neutralizer with a sponge and let it act for 10 minutes. Remove rollers from hair and wash thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.
