Silver Black is a very attractive series due to its dark colour, generated by the special Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) coating. This is a nano-composite coating with the unique properties of natural diamond, which creates a protective barrier, reliable against allergies and resistant to other chemical compounds, making the shears even more durable.

Hand-finished, each pair of Silver Black shears exudes a cool obsidian glow, thanks to KASHO's new diamond-like carbon coating, a skin so strong it protects the blades like nothing else.

Its hand-finished aesthetic is subtle, with an understated beauty. For the Japanese, it is shibui - an object of intrinsic quality, refined to a state of near perfection. Design and technology combined to form perfect harmony.

These incredible cutting shears share all the strengths of the Silver shears - including the superb flat screw system with adjustable tension ratchet, the Ultimate Edge sharpness, the camel back, and the removable finger rest.

Their fully hollow ground and mirror-polished convex blades are forged from ATS314 carbon steel, which makes them extremely resistant due to the addition of cobalt and the steel's matrix structure, providing better performance and greater hardness to the shear blades, allowing for a long-lasting cutting edge.
