Designed for lash perming, these rods are easy to apply and effectively adhere the lashes as they are coated with adhesive. Size S (small). Contains 32 units

Directions for use: Cleanse the eye area and remove any cosmetic residues. Using adhesive tape or patches, cover the lower lashes and glue the rods close to the lash root, then begin the perming process.
