Valquer Decoblue Vplex Bleaching Powder

Valquer Decoblue is a bleaching powder incorporating advanced VPlex technology. It lightens up to six shades, but also repairs disulfide bonds and revitalises the hair fibre during the bleaching process.

The active ingredient VPlex, with its dimeric Cysteines (Cystine), strengthens and brightens the hair without altering the colour, resulting in revitalised strands and a repaired hair cuticle.

Directions for use: For every 40g of bleaching powder, use 60ml of oxidising emulsion at 20, 30, or 40 volumes. Prepare a homogeneous mixture in a non-metallic bowl. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Processing time is 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the hair's natural base and desired result. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and wash the hair completely.
