Magma is a colour that can be used on natural or coloured hair and simultaneously lightens and pigments, thanks to its Spectralift technology.
Its active principle is SPECTRALIFT technology, which works both inside and outside the hair fibre, allowing the fibre to be lightened internally and pigmentation to occur simultaneously in a single step.
Inside the hair fibre, special combinations of molecules distribute evenly to lighten melanin and apply colour. On the exterior of the hair fibre, while melanin is lightened internally, a thin layer of advanced colour pigments, specifically formulated to combine with the lightening process, gently deposits on the hair's surface.
Magma By Blondor 89 - Pearl Cendre is for use on base levels (6/0 – 7/0).
Main features:
- Especially developed for highlighting techniques with foils or freehand (Freehand Techniques), artistic toning, or creative colouring techniques
- Achieves up to 6 levels of lift
- Suitable for all coloured or natural hair from shade level 7/0 medium blonde and darker
- This pigmented lightener is for exclusive use in professional hair salons
Directions for use: Before using Wella Magma By Blondor please consult the leaflet. Recommended mixing ratio: 1+1.5.
Can be used with all Wella oxidants from 1.9% to 12% depending on the desired degree of lightening and shade intensity. For accurate measurement, we recommend using colouring scales. The use of oxidants from other brands may lead to a reduction in shade intensity and shorter colour durability. It functions similarly to a lightener and toner.
Processing times: Blonde shades: 15-30 minutes with heat using Climazon, or 20-40 minutes without heat, depending on the desired colour intensity and hair structure;
Red shades: 20-45 minutes with heat using Climazon, or 30-60 minutes without heat, depending on the desired colour intensity and hair structure.
Note: Wella Magma Pigmented Lightener was developed solely for highlighting techniques with foils and freehand and should not come into contact with the scalp. For highlighting techniques with foils, we recommend using Magma and Welloxon Perfect. For freehand colouring techniques, we recommend using Freelights oxidants. Do not wash hair with shampoo before using Magma.
Please do not use Magma on: hair normally coloured with plant-based dyes. Hair normally treated with chemical relaxers.
Also use ….
- To keep blonde highlights in cool tones, use a shampoo once a week to neutralise unwanted yellow/orange tones, ensuring strands remain beautiful and luminous;
- The colouring/lightening process sensitises the hair fibre, making regular hair care important. Use a repairing mask if the hair strand is more sensitised;
- Heat tools used for drying and styling can damage the hair. Use a heat protector suitable for the temperature of the tool you are using;
- Coloured/highlighted hair is more susceptible to external influences, so take special care with UV rays, during periods when your hair is most exposed to the sun (e.g., at the beach/pool) to prevent colour oxidation. Use a sun filter protector that will shield and hydrate the hair;
