How to use: Rub the tip of the pencil against the back of your hand to heat it slightly and make application easier.

Eyeliner: Apply as close to the lash line as possible, along the length of the eyelid, or outline the waterline of the eye.

Eyebrows: Outline the eyebrow with the pencil. For a more natural effect, use the brush on the other end of the pencil to blend and comb your eyebrows. Whenever necessary and, for a more precise application, sharpen the pencil.
