How to use: Twist the base of the pencil to expose the tip. Apply to the waterline or along the lash line. Start at the inner corner of the eye and gently glide the pencil along the waterline or upper lash line.

For a smoky look, use a small, soft brush to smudge the line before it dries. Repeat on the other eye: Follow the same steps to line the other eye.
