How to use: After lightening services, underlying warm pigments are always exposed. Any lightening service should be followed by a blonde toning treatment. 

Ultra Cool Booster can be used to intensify the neutralisation of unwanted warm and brassy tones. Add 1-5g per 30g of chosen toner and mix with developer in a 1:2 ratio. 

Caution: too intense to be used alone. Extending the processing time beyond 5 minutes will create additional neutralisation, and results may become more intense and saturated.

Step 1 - After the lightening service, shampoo and apply post-colouring treatment. 
Tip: To create additional bonds in the hair, apply WellaPlex No 2 after rinsing BlondorPlex.

Step 2 - Using an applicator bottle for speed, apply the toner to damp hair from roots to ends. Distribute evenly through the hair with a comb.

Step 3 - Rinse thoroughly, lightly shampoo with ColorMotion+ and apply the Express Post-Color treatment, a quick rinse, to save energy, water, and time.

When to use:
Express Toning - Fast and reliable, pre-mixed with Plex Technology, to achieve perfect blonde results. Mix in a 1:2 ratio with Welloxon Perfect Pastel 1.9%.

Express Toning + Base Breaking - For more intense blonde toning, while gently lightening natural roots and toning lengths and ends. Without creating demarcation lines to achieve premium blonde results. Mix in a 1:2 ratio with Welloxon Perfect Developer 4%.
