Description

A neutralizing fixing lotion for use with L’Oréal Pro Dulcia Advanced Perm reducing liquid. It provides fixation in the perming process, neutralizing without affecting the hair's condition.

How to use: After the processing time of L’Oréal Pro Dulcia Advanced Perm reducing liquid, rinse the hair, without removing the rollers, for 5 to 10 minutes.
Towel dry the hair still in the rollers and apply the Dulcia Advanced Neutralizer with a specific sponge and leave it on for 10 minutes. Remove the rollers from the hair and wash thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.
