The Valquer Perm Kit Nº2 is a professional hair perm kit, specially developed for coloured or highlighted hair.

Comprising three essential products, this kit offers a complete solution to transform straight hair into defined and long-lasting curls, respecting the integrity of strands already sensitised by previous chemical processes.

Perm Lotion Nº2, formulated with advanced VPlex Technology, which contains cysteines in dimer form (cystine), this lotion facilitates the formation of disulfide bonds, providing extra strength and shine to the hair without altering its colour.

Neutraliser, it neutralises the action of the perm lotion, fixing the curls and restoring the hair's natural pH.

Silk Effect Conditioner, enriched with silk amino acids, this conditioner provides softness, shine, and hydration to the hair after the chemical process, repairing damaged cuticles and revitalising the hair fibre.
