Method of application: After applying top coat and finishing the nail, create the design with Gel Paint and the brush indicated for the technique. Catalyze 2 min in UV or 1 min in LED.

Note: In order not to be translucent, the consistency of neon colors is thicker, due to a high concentration of pigments.
