Directions for use: Apply two coats of the desired Kelly K gel polish colour and cure for 60 seconds under LED or 120 seconds under UV. To create the sugar effect, apply a non-wipe top coat after the colour, then apply mermaid powder, and cure for 60 seconds under LED or 120 seconds under UV. For a shiny effect, sprinkle the mermaid powder onto the nails after the colour has cured and rub with your finger. Finally, apply Kelly K top coat and cure for 60 seconds under LED or 120 seconds under UV.
