How to use: Mix the Hi Brow Tint with the Hi Brow Tint Cream Developer according to the kit instructions until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Using an applicator brush, apply the mixture evenly to the eyebrows, starting at the base and following the natural shape of the eyebrows.
