As a shade belonging to level 9/, the 9/7 Very Light Blonde Brown tone is highly recommended for toning light hair through pastel toning services. Always mix it with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% in a 1:2 ratio. To achieve a perfectly homogeneous and sophisticated colour, use a comb to distribute the mixture evenly throughout the hair for 5 to 15 minutes of development time.

How to Use

Standard Preparation and Mixing: In a non-metallic bowl, mix in a 1:1 ratio (e.g., 60g of Illumina Color + 60g of Welloxon Perfect developer).
- For 1 level of lift, grey coverage at the same depth or darkening: use Welloxon Perfect 6%.
- For 2 levels of lift: use Welloxon Perfect 9%.
- For 3 levels of lift: use Welloxon Perfect 12%.
Full Head Application (Same shade or darker): Apply the colour mixture immediately from roots to ends.
Development Time: Without heat: 30-40 minutes. With heat: 15-25 minutes. If necessary, allow an additional 5-10 minutes of development time.
Lightening Technique (Mid-lengths and Ends): Apply the mixture only to mid-lengths and ends, leaving approximately 2 cm free at the scalp. After the indicated time (Without heat: 20 min / With heat: 15-25 min), apply to the root area.
Pastel Tones / Toning: For toning with level 9/, mix in a 1:2 ratio with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9%. Development time: 5 to 15 minutes.
Glossing Effect (Shine): Mix in a 1:1:1 ratio (1 part Illumina Color, 1 part Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% and 1 part Wella Care Color Post Treatment Service). Development time: 5-10 minutes.
Rinsing and Post-Treatment: After the development time, rinse thoroughly with water. Wash very well with Wella Care Brilliance Shampoo. To neutralise the colour, use Wella Care Color Post Treatment Service.

Note for grey coverage: Up to 30% grey, use only the fashion shade; between 30% and 50%, add 1/3 of a base shade to the mixture; with more than 50% grey, use one part base shade with one part fashion shade. For deeper results on natural hair with no grey, use a 1:1 mixing ratio with Color Touch Emulsion 4%.
