Demi-permanent medium blonde hair colour with a cool golden reflect, ammonia-free for a glossy shine and balanced colour
The L’Oréal Pro Dia Color Demi-Permanent Hair Colour 7.13 is an ammonia-free tone-on-tone colour designed to work on medium blonde bases with a balanced cool and luminous tone. Shade 7.13 is positioned as a medium blonde with a cool reflect softened by a golden nuance, ideal for refining colour, controlling excessive reflects, and maintaining a natural, elegant finish.
When applied to dry hair, the creamy texture uniformly coats the hair fibre, allowing for precise and controlled distribution. The colour develops progressively, revealing a balanced medium blonde with visible glossy shine and a more stable chromatic result. The hair appears more uniform, with visual lightness and a meticulous finish from root to tip.
The lost melanin replenishment technology acts within the hair fibre, replicating natural colour and filling chromatic irregularities. The result is a continuous colour with balanced reflects and no artificial contrast. Suitable for neutralising excessive warm reflects, softening unwanted tones, or evening out faded lengths.
Lasting up to 6 weeks, the colour remains stable and luminous. It can cover up to 70% of grey hair, ensuring a natural and integrated result. The ammonia-free formula ensures greater comfort during the service and respects the hair fibre.
With up to 92% naturally derived ingredients, this hair colour offers professional performance with a gentler approach. Suitable for colour maintenance, reflect correction, and shine enhancement on medium blonde hair.

You can use any Diactivateur developer with Dia colour (mixing ratio: 1 + 1.5). For best results, we recommend: Diactivateur 6 vol. for a gentle colour deposit; Diactivateur 9 vol. for a medium colour deposit; Diactivateur 15 vol. for an intense colour deposit.
Use suitable disposable gloves. Do not use metallic tools (bowl, comb...). Only use the recommended Diactivateur.
In a bowl, applicator bottle, or shaker, mix 60 ml (1 tube) of Dia Color cream and add 90 ml of the chosen Diactivateur developer. Apply to dry hair.
First application: The 20-minute development time begins at the end of the application.
Root touch-up: Apply to the root area, start the 20-minute development time, then immediately distribute through the rest of the hair to revitalise the colour for a deeper and/or darker result.
Distribute through the rest of the hair after 10 minutes if the lengths and ends are moderately faded.
Emulsify during the last 5 minutes if the colour is slightly faded.
At the end of the exposure time, emulsify carefully for a few minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly until the water runs clear. Wash with Metal Detox shampoo.
